Our system of care promotes a person-centred approach to mental health, suicide and alcohol and other drug treatment and care. It supports services that are responsive to community needs and expectations.

Services commissioned under our system of care deliver targeted, appropriate services to a wide range of community and cultural groups at numerous locations across our region.

Services in this directory are presented according to age group, target population, location, treatment type and level of vulnerability to assist people to find the best service for their individual needs.

headspace Melton provides young people with a range of integrated mental health, alcohol and other drugs, physical and sexual health and vocational supports.

Young people generally receive a flexible number of sessions based upon their needs.

Target populations:

Young people and their family to access help for problems affecting their wellbeing.

Focussed psychological therapies delivered by qualified mental health practitioners, for people with mild to moderate diagnosed mental health issues.

People generally receive up to 12 face to face appointments/ sessions per year in this service.

People with a diagnosed (mild to moderate) mental illness (includes clients under the age of 18 with a provisional diagnosis).

CAREinMIND Targeted Psychological Support Services | Drummond Street Services

Focussed psychological therapies delivered by qualified mental health practitioners, for people with mild to moderate diagnosed mental health issues.

Drummond Street Services are experienced in working with children, adults and families.

People generally receive up to 12 face-to-face appointments/ sessions per year in this service.

Target populations:

People with a diagnosed (mild to moderate) mental illness (includes clients under the age of 18 with a provisional diagnosis).

Locations: Brimbank, Carlton, Werribee

CAREinMIND Targeted Psychological Support Services | Drummond Street queerspace

Focused psychological therapies delivered by qualified mental health practitioners, for people with mild to moderate diagnosed mental health issues.

The queerspace service has mental health practitioners with specialist skills in supporting LGBTIQ people, with mild to moderate diagnosed mental health issues.

People generally receive up to 12 face-to-face appointments/sessions per year in this service.

Target populations:

People with a diagnosed (mild to moderate) mental illness (includes clients under the age of 18 with a provisional diagnosis).

Locations: Brimbank, Carlton, Werribee

CAREinMIND Targeted Psychological Support Services | Merri Health

Focussed psychological therapies delivered by qualified mental health practitioners, for people with mild to moderate diagnosed mental health issues.
