Governance and Leadership
Melbourne Primary Care Network (MPCN) operates North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network. MPCN’s Board of Directors is our governing body.
The Board of Directors ensures oversight and governance of the organisation in relation to:
- Strategic direction
- Performance monitoring
- Risk management
- Financial controls
- Policy development
- Legal, accreditation and regulatory compliance.
MPCN complies with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Act 2012 (Cth) and other relevant laws and regulations.
The conduct of the Board of Directors is also governed by the Melbourne Primary Care Network Constitution.
