WorkSafe Victoria (WSV) is completing a Clinical Redesign Program.

This program aims to improve injured worker outcomes. As part of this program, WorkSafe is launching a new hotline for treating health practitioners to have direct access to our panel of workers compensation clinical experts.

These clinical experts (‘hotline clinicians’) include experienced WorkSafe Victoria clinicians from a variety of health disciplines.

The Clinical Hotline pilot is now live and is staffed by WSV GPs, occupational and sports physicians between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Thursday.

The Clinical Hotline can be reached by phoning: (03) 4243 6950.

General practitioners are welcome to call outside of these hours and leave a message for a hotline clinician to return their call the following business day.
