In June, North Western Melbourne PHN will launch a new survey that will place local people at the centre of our planning, service design and commissioning. The You Said Surveys will give people using CAREinMIND the opportunity to provide their experience and insights regarding the service. This information will be used to assess the quality of services and assist us in improving the experience of people who use our services. The results will be shared with care providers.

If you are a care provider who refers to the CAREinMind suite of services, please encourage patients to provide their consent for the survey, as they will be contacted for their participation. Taking part is voluntary and anonymous, and participants will be surveyed at three points during their care journey.
