North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network recently conducted a tender process for care finder services to help older people navigate the aged care system.
Other Victorian primary health networks (PHNs) also conducted tenders processes in their regions. Most of these tenders have now closed.
PHNs have received responses from a broad range of community and social assistance organisations and will be working over the coming months to negotiate and advise successful partners in the delivery of the program.
The PHNs appreciate the responses from the sector and will work with the successful organisations for contracts to go live from 1 January 2023.
PHNs will be in touch with all respondents to the care finder tender over the coming month.
