A panel of experts will provide insights on how to best support quality end of life care in aged care. Presentations will include:

  • Identifying goals of care and communicating these with family - Associate Professor Barbara Hayes
  • Developing an end-of-life care plan: who, when and which one? - Banksia Palliative Care

Presentations will be followed by a Q&A with the panel, with light refreshments to be served after the session.
