Realise the benefits of having access to key health information in My Health Record for your aged care residents. This webinar is targeted at healthcare providers who work in the aged care sector and will highlight core features of the My Health Record system. The national system provides clinical information uploaded by a range of providers (GPs, hospitals, pharmacists), which may assist in facilitating care coordination, reduce potential medication misadventures, and ultimately improve health outcomes.
