Are you a GP or Paediatrician who is passionate about paediatric and adolescent cancer care and survivorship?

The Paediatric Integrated Cancer Service (PICS) is hosting an online Clinical Innovation and Improvement Collaborative (CLIIC) bringing together community clinicians with experience and insight in this area. The workshop will focus on integration and collaboration between community and hospital-based cancer care. We will explore how we can better work together to support children, adolescents and their families experiencing cancer treatment and cancer treatment related late effects across Victoria.

During the workshop we will explore:

  • Your experiences with children and families throughout the cancer journey, both during and after completion of treatment
  • What shared care looks like when it works well
  • Barriers and challenges to shared care
  • Regional perspectives on shared care
