At this seminar, Prof. Karen Tu and A/Prof. Noah Ivers from the University of Toronto, Canada, will present perspectives on antimicrobial use and stewardship in primary care in Canada. Researchers from the National Centre for Antimicrobial Stewardship and the Department of General Practice at the University of Melbourne and Monash University will present research findings on antimicrobial use and stewardship in primary care in Australia.

Prof. Karen Tu (MD, MSc) is a professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine, University of Toronto, and has an interest in primary care EMR research. A/Prof. Noah Ivers (MD, PhD) is an assistant professor at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto, and has an interest in research on primary care quality improvement initiatives.
