What does dying well look like and how can we help people achieve this?
On 1 and 2 December 2018, people from across Melbourne’s north west came together to share different viewpoints and reached a shared position on what dying well looks like.
The Community Panel’s recommendations will be used to help plan and design better care and services to improve end-of-life care and palliative support for people living in our region. The forum was undertaken as part of the Greater Choice for At Home Palliative Care Measure funded by the Australian Commonwealth Government Department of Health.
