HeartKids would like to invite health professionals to participate in the National Strategic Action Plan for Childhood Heart Disease Education Project Survey.

The Commonwealth-funded Education Project involves development of education, training and support resources for health professionals that are aligned with the Australian Standards of Care for Childhood-onset Heart Disease.

We are inviting participation from health professionals who work with children or adults who have been impacted by congenital or childhood-acquired heart disease. We are especially interested in identifying health professionals who work with these individuals and families in primary care settings throughout Australia.

The survey may be accessed through the following link: Education Project Survey

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Contributions from general practice will help us identify existing professional resources, as well as plan new resources that are tailored to their professional learning needs.

If you have any questions about the survey or would like further information about the Education Project please contact me via email suzanne.long@heartkids.org.au or phone 0419 415 257.
