To facilitate timely access to palliative care medicines, over 80 pharmacies in NWMPHN’s region have agreed to stock the localised palliative care Core Medicines List (CML).
The map below shows the location of participating local community pharmacies that have agreed to stock the CML.
The CML was informed by evidence and through consultation with local palliative care providers including GPs, nurses and pharmacists. To help measure the success of this project we would appreciate you completing this quick, 4-question survey.
