GPs, important information can sometimes get lost and not make its way to you. We want to do a better job of reaching you. As a thank you for completing the survey, we will put your name in the draw for a $100 voucher. 
The aim of this survey is to find out how we can reach you to provide you with important updates, determine if you want to be reached and if you wish to use your clinical expertise outside of direct patient care – through various HealthPathways Melbourne opportunities.
