The Malnutrition in Victorian Cancer Services program convened in 2011 and has undertaken a number of initiatives to address cancer malnutrition in the acute health sector. However, practices relating to the management of cancer malnutrition in the primary care and community sector remain less understood.

As a general practitioner or general practice nurse working in Victoria, you are invited to participate in a survey which aims to investigate current practice and education needs relating to cancer malnutrition.

The questionnaire should take no more than five minutes to complete. Click here to access the questionnaire.
