Have you used Wyndham City’s new online application process for Disability Parking Permits?

The new online process is now being used by more than 20% of applicants.

Filling out paperwork can be stressful for patients, especially for elderly and disabled members of our community.

Wyndham City’s new online process for Disability Parking Permits makes it easier and quicker for patients to get the assistance that they need.

Medical Practitioners in Wyndham can now complete and submit the application online with their patient during their appointment time.

Wyndham City invite and encourage you to use the new online application and to share it with all of the medical practitioners working in your clinic.

To submit an online application:

  1. Go to wyndham.vic.gov.au/disabilitypp and select “Apply Online”
  2. Select Eligibility Criteria
  3. Confirm the type of permit to be issued
  4. Complete Applicant and Medical Practitioner details
  5. Read and complete privacy statement and declaration and submit

The process can be completed within 5-10 minutes.

You and your patient will receive a confirmation email with the details of the application.
