Are you a dynamic and progressive aged care IT company committed to ensuring the industry has relevant and meaningful resources to support care of older Australians?

End of Life Directions for Aged Care (ELDAC) are calling for expressions of interest from Aged Care IT providers to build a dashboard within their own system. Successful applicants will be provided $20,000, data variable prototypes, clinical and technical descriptors to recreate the dashboard within their own clinical system.

ELDAC is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and provided by a consortium of university and peak industry bodies. ELDAC provides information, guidance and resources to health professionals and aged care workers to support palliative care and advance care planning to improve the care of older Australians.

Please complete the Expression of Interest form on the ELDAC website no later than 11:00am Central Standard Time Friday, 6 December 2019.
