The Clinical Placement Program in Cancer Survivorship is an opportunity for primary care professionals (GPs, practice nurses and community based Allied Health professionals) to gain knowledge in the area of cancer care and ongoing management in a shared care model with tertiary practice. A minimum of 8 public hospitals offering cancer services will provide placements between November 2017- April 2019.

By participating in the program you will be able to attend:

  • MDM meetings (treatment and investigation planning after initial referral)
  • Specialist clinics across Victoria (a range of clinics across cancer types and stages of management including post-treatment care)
  • Workshops
