1800 My Options is Victoria’s independent, confidential and free phone line service, supporting thousands of individuals every year including health professionals and the general public to navigate the sexual and reproductive health care system. We are still operating business as usual during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are here to support GPs, practice staff and other health professionals:
- Find the contraception, pregnancy options (including abortion) and sexual health services that your patients need. You can call or direct your patients to our phone line 1800 696 784 or online search tool;
- Promote the contraception, pregnancy options (including abortion) and sexual health services that you provide. We can refer people to your services where appropriate – just register your services via our website.
