PACOP: Supporting RACH residents and families living with dementia

Join us for our final Morning Tea Talk for 2023 to discuss how the Palliative Aged Care Outcomes Program (PACOP) can support residents and families living with dementia.

Each person living with dementia is unique, added to which various types of dementia affects their ability to function and respond to their circumstances in different ways. People who are experiencing end stage dementia are also at risk of being under assessed for their care needs.

Join us for our final PACOP Morning Tea Talk for 2023 where we'll briefly touch on caring for people living with dementia, and then discuss how the PACOP tools can help in the early identification of palliative care needs to support the clinical care of people living in residential aged care.
