Staff working in general practice and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations including practice managers, nurses, GPs and Aboriginal Health Practitioners are invited to this webinar to learn how to:

identify the components of the MyMedicare in general practice program that have been introduced to date
describe the changes to come in 2024 around RACF residents and chronic disease funding models
recognise the need for practice discussion and planning to determine roles and responsibilities in preparing their practice for the future changes
recall where to find the resources available to assist practice preparation for the upcoming changes around data preparedness.
