Including tangible links to how the LiverWELL App can support engagement in care and improved liver health as well as the importance and value of using quality of life assessment tools for HIV in a community setting as well as outcomes a recent usability study with clinicians.
To support this, practical advice and resources will be provided to assist with embedding these into your practice.
