What is the Healthy End of Life Planning (HELP) app and how can it support people in palliative care?

The HELP app connects people who want to help with the tasks they need support with.

By introducing the HELP app, health workers can enable clients to remain connected to the people, places and possessions most important to them, and receive the right help, at the right time.

This webinar will cover:

• An introduction to and overview of the HELP app and who could benefit 
• Conversations to have with clients about the HELP app and how they can use it
• Stories of current users
• Any questions you may have about using the app.

This is an interactive session where will discuss the app and you can ask questions and be involved with the conversation.
