My Health Record

This webinar focuses on the benefits, barriers and considerations of telehealth consultations in residential aged care facilities (RACFs) and how My Health Record can complement telehealth consultations to improve quality of life and care coordination.

Primary Health Networks (PHNs) are working to support the implementation of telehealth in RACFs. Our aim is for telehealth to have a significant impact on aged care, improving the quality of shared care for older adults and enhancing quality of life.

The session will also cover a short demonstration on the Healthdirect Australia Video Call telehealth platform along with benefits of My Health Record in RACFs.
