Online

Following on from 5 years of running the successful 2 day course: “Let’s talk about sex: Sexuality and Sexual difficulties”, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Monash University have developed a one day live, online course on managing sexual pain. In this course we have the opportunity to dive deeper into the breadth and complexities of helping people who are experiencing painful sex.

The morning will include 30 minute presentations from our multidisciplinary faculty of speakers, with Q & A. In the afternoon, we will discuss six cases across the lifespan, inclusive of diversity of clinical features, gender, sexual orientation, relationship status & structure, and culture. We will take a biopsychosociocultural approach to each case.
