Implanon NXT education and simulation practice at SHV consists of one hour and 30 minutes of online modules followed by 20 minutes of Implanon NXT insertion and removal simulation practice on model arms under supervision (via Zoom)

This course is designed to deliver high-quality Implanon NXT training in a time efficient way. Participants will learn the key aspects of Implanon NXT insertion from positioning the patient and marking the insertion site to inserting and removing the Implanon NXT. One of our experienced clinical educators will observe your technique in real time and provide individualised feedback in a 20-minute Zoom session. This is a RAGCGP CPD Accredited Activity.
