Delivery policy

All events organised through NWMPHN can be booked via the events page. A registration confirmation will be forwarded to the email address provided in the booking form. The registration confirmation email provides the following details:

  • event name
  • attendee’s name
  • date of event
  • start time
  • location.

Our payments are set up via eWAY (online payment gateway), our third-party payment provider that provides payment facilities to NWMPHN. The invoice for the payment will be forwarded by eWAY to our consumer. Please email events@nwmphn.org.au if you have any questions about the event, to ‘unregister’ for the event or to update attendance details.

Refunds and return policy

NWMPHN will consider a refund request, if the request for refund is made at least seven business days prior to the date of the event. Normally, refund payments will be issued to the person or organisation that paid the fee, and will be made via the same method as the initial payment. There is no additional administration fee for cancellation requests.

Please email us at accounts@nwmphn.org.au at least seven business days prior to the event date if you wish to cancel your booking and organise a refund. Refunds will not be processed if the request has been made less than seven business days before the event. Requests for a refund will be acknowledged within two working days of receipt, and processed within three weeks of receiving the cancellation request.
