LGBTIQA+ Mentoring Projects | Queerspace
The LGBTIQA+ Mentoring Projects provide mentoring peer-support through one-on-one mentoring.
Mentors provide support with coming out, staying discreet, transitioning, navigating relationships with family and loved ones, or just finding themselves and a place in community.
Target populations: People who identify as LGBTIQA+.

Head to Health Victoria | Wyndham Vale, Broadmeadows and Brunswick East
Head to Health provides advice and a welcoming place for everyone who needs mental health and wellbeing support. It is available to all Victorians of all ages.
The service provides care navigation, access to a multidisciplinary mental health team at Head to Health hubs, and a team-care approach, to complement and supplement GP care.
