The Cultural Responsiveness Assessment Tool has been developed for use by primary health care providers commissioned by North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN).
This guide includes step-by-step instructions on how to complete the assessment process, as well as a description of the 10 Indicators and links to other resources.
It should be used in conjunction with the other resources in this collection.
