Palliative Aged Care Outcomes Program (PACOP) has developed a national framework that supports aged care teams to identify and respond to palliative and end of life care needs through use of routine assessment.

This free virtual workshop explains how to use the PCOC Symptom Assessment Scale to monitor residents with palliative care needs, in simple terms and how to report up residents' needs within your team.

This program is voluntary and freely available to all residential aged care homes nationwide. PACOP is fully funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
