Common issues for general practices participating in the COVID-19 vaccine rollout – and how to fix them

The following are common issues being experienced by general practices participating in Phase 1B of the national COVID-19 vaccination rollout.

A general practice has not received its unique site code. Please contact the Vaccine Operations Centre on 1800 318 208 (7am-10pm AEST, 7 days).
My site codes are not being accepted by the system. Please contact the Vaccine Operations Centre on 1800 318 208 (7am-10pm AEST, 7 days).
My general practice would like to delay its commencement, adjust its vaccine allocation, or withdraw from the Phase 1b rollout. Please contact North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network on 03 9347 1188 or email primarycare@nwmphn.org.au
We will provide the Australian Department of Health with the required information.
My general practice would like to update its contact details for the Phase 1b rollout. Please contact the Vaccine Operations Centre on 1800 318 208 (7am-10pm AEST, 7 days).
My general practice would like to update the contact details published on the Vaccine Service Finder for the Phase 1b rollout. Please contact North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network on 03 9347 1188 or email primarycare@nwmphn.org.au
We will provide the Australian Department of Health with the required information.
My general practice did not submit an EOI and would like to participate in the Phase 1b vaccine roll-out. The Department is no longer accepting applications for Phase 1b. All general practices, including those not participating in Phase 1b will have the opportunity to participate in later stages of the roll-out as more vaccines become available. More information will be available shortly.
