This toolkit was developed by the Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (VACCHO) to help mainstream organisations in Melbourne’s north and west implement VACCHO’s Victorian Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing Workforce Strategy 2022-2026. It outlines a range of actions that individuals and organisations can undertake to recognise their role and responsibility in supporting a strong and vibrant Aboriginal health and wellbeing workforce.
