You are invited to make connections with your mental health and wellbeing

The National Mental Health Commission (Commission) will be visiting 23 cities and towns and wants to connect with everyone involved in mental health – especially people with lived experience, their families and organisations that provide support and care.

Every Australian’s living experience of mental health and social and emotional wellbeing is important to the Commission and your voices are a critical part of shaping the 2030 Vision for the future of Australians’ mental health and well-being. The Commission is looking forward to making CONNECTIONS… in each community, to hear in person from people with a living experience of mental health, suicide and wellbeing, as well as representatives of the community leaders across all services and support.

Share your voice and connect with your mental health and wellbeing: #ConnectingWithYou.

To get involved, attend the community Town Hall meeting by registering here. For more information you can also call toll free 1800 220 246 or email community@nmhcconnections.com.au.
