Northern Health’s fax number for all specialist clinics and community referrals is changing to 03 8405 8616.
Please ensure you update your systems to reflect this new fax number. All Northern Health old fax numbers for paper based referrals (excluding cardiology) will be discontinued as of 1 August 2019.
Our current paperwork is being updated with this new fax number. Should you receive any letters from us with old fax numbers, please let us know so we may amend.
