Social Security Rights Victoria (SSRV) is holding a series of interviews to make it easier for health professionals to provide appropriate evidence for Disability Support Pension (DSP) applications.
This will contribute to a fairer system and shaping a better experience for everyone.
SSRV and strategic design agency Paper Giant are looking to hear from health professionals about their experiences with the DSP, and their experience giving medical evidence or reports in support of applications and appeals.
There are two opportunities to engage:
- Complete this short survey.
- One-on-one consultations: we are conducting 45-minute consultations to understand experiences working with the DSP and types of resources used. Participants will benefit by understanding types of resources available that help to improve the DSP application process. Please contact eily.williams@papergiant.net if you can help.
Your support in this project is incredibly valuable in helping us to make it easier to give appropriate evidence for DSP applications, contributing to a fairer social security system for people who cannot work due to disability, and shaping a better experience for all involved.
