The Consumers Health Forum of Australia (CHF) in collaboration with the King’s Fund (UK), are excited to announce a National Demonstration Trial of Collaborative Pairs: leading collaboratively with patients and communities.
Collaborative Pairs is the King’s Fund’s flagship program that supports joint clinician-consumer approaches to program and service development and improvement in regional settings.
This unique program is designed to assist clinicians and consumers to learn how to build productive relationships and understand how different roles and perspectives can be a constructive force for change.
An exciting opportunity exists for clinicians and consumers with experience in collaborative work and and an interest in leading transformational change to become the first cohort of facilitators to deliver this program in Australia. The Australian Commission on Quality and Safety in Health Care (ACQSHC) will support this program through an external evaluation of the trial.
CHF is partnering with South Eastern Melbourne, North Western Melbourne, Western Sydney (Went West) and Western NSW Primary Health Networks to bring this cutting edge program to Australia.
Further information, including downloadable information sheets and the Expression of Interest and Application Form are accessible on the CHF website.
Applications close on Wednesday, 22 November at 5:00pm AEST.
