Would you like to be a leader in improving care for the elderly?
North Western Melbourne PHN (NWMPHN) is seeking interest from Residential Aged Care Facilities to host a combined wound care update and falls prevention education session in their facility.
If you have the capacity to seat up to 30 participants in a learning environment we encourage you to apply.
What is involved?
- NWMPHN will coordinate with you and the wound care and falls prevention educators to conduct a one full day training sessions in your facility.
- The training will be open to your staff as well as GPs and Nurses working in both general practice and other community settings.
- Course materials and catering will be provided.
