Do you treat bunions?

If so, you may be eligible to participate in a research study being conducted by La Trobe University. The aim of the study is to develop a patient information leaflet for people with hallux valgus (bunions) to help educate people with this condition. We hope to learn about your beliefs and expectations about what a patient information leaflet should include for people with hallux valgus.

To be eligible, you need to hold a current AHPRA registration, and

  • have at least five years of clinical experience.
  • are still currently practicing.
  • treat at least one patient a month with pain associated with hallux valgus.

You would need to attend two, 60-minute online focus groups over a three-month period.

All participants will receive a $50 shopping voucher to thank them for their participation.
