Would you like to experience Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) for yourself?

Guardian Connect Experience are offering a limited number of GP’s the opportunity to use the Medtronic Guardian Connect CGM. This involves placing a sensor subcutaneously and connecting this to a transmitter. The transmitter will send real-time glucose levels to an IOS device every 5 minutes for 6 days.
