This webinar is for GPs, nurses, allied health, aged care workers and other clinicans working with residential aged care homes, especially those involved in medication reviews, clinical governance and or multidisciplinary care. It explores how Medication Advisory Committees (MACs) can use a multidisciplinary systems approach to promote medication safety and improve outcomes for all residents.
