Delivered in partnership with the Heart Foundation, this CVD prevention virtual roadshow is tailored for primary health care professionals in the NWMPHN region. In this session, experienced and local clinical facilitators discuss the latest recommendations and explore practical strategies in the delivery of optimal preventative care.
