This community of practice (CoP) session will focus on asthma action plans (AAPs), communicating with schools and managing asthma in children and adolescents in a school based setting. Case studies also included in this session.
This series is part of the Victorian Department of Health’s Improving childhood asthma management (ICAM) project in the inner west of Melbourne, and brings together primary and tertiary health professionals together with parents and carers of children with asthma.
