The St Vincent’s Community Rehabilitation Centre in Northcote is moving to Fairfield on Monday, 1 June 2020.

Community rehabilitation provides time-limited home or centre-based multidisciplinary services for people of all ages based on goals agreed with the client.
St Vincent’s Community Rehabilitation Centre Kew also remains open, with both centres servicing residents of the Cities of Yarra, Darebin and Boroondara.
