Public holiday closure for CAREinMIND™ and Head to Health intake - North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network

On Thursday, 22 and Friday, 23 September 2022 North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network’s central intake team will be unavailable to process CAREinMIND™ Targeted Psychological Support and Intensive Support Service referrals, or to answer queries.

Intake and assessment for the Suicide Prevention and Support Service (provided by On the Line) will remain available, between 7am and 9pm. Contact it on 1300 032 192.

Information on CAREinMIND referrals is available on our website.

The Head to Health Victoria intake service will also be closed on the above dates (as it is on all public holidays).
