An invitation for GPs from a cross-disciplinary team at the University of Sydney.

Dear doctors,

We are developing some important resources to help GPs better understand zoonotic diseases that commonly affect their patients. The scientific knowledge in this area is progressing rapidly and we hope to bring GPs up to speed on this new information. There are lots of practical applications for this information.

To help us make this resource as useful as possible for you, please take the time to fill in this short survey, which should only take 10-15 minutes of your time.

Complete the survey

Those who complete the survey will go in a prize draw for one of ten $100 Westfield gift vouchers.

Sincerely,

Professor Robert Booy (Faculty of Medicine, University of Sydney; Senior Professorial Fellow
at the National Centre for Immunisation Research and Surveillance)
Assoc Professor Jenny-Ann Toribio (Sydney School of Veterinary Science, University of Sydney)
