This session will provide a practical overview of the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department (VVED) and Virtual Specialist Consult (VSC) services and how clinicians can confidently integrate them into everyday practice. The session will outline outcomes achieved to date, including impacts on access to specialist advice and clinician confidence in managing complex cases closer to home. Attendees will gain a clear, step-by-step understanding of how to access the services, what to expect from a consult, and the range of specialties currently available.
