Stephanie is a respected Business Consultant with vast experience in delivering business consulting services tailored to the unique needs of the healthcare sector. Her passion is working with practices to turn goals into actionable strategies that lift performance, retain great people, and build resilient teams. Her work spans the full primary care landscape—HR, recruitment, strategic planning, team development, and leadership coaching—delivered with a practical, results focused approach. With deep experience and qualifications in both business management and practice management, as well as a background as an allied health professional, she brings insight, energy, and genuine commitment to primary healthcare. In this session, Stephanie will share actionable tools and pathways to embed healthy team culture—so practices can boost retention, support career growth, and drive sustainable business success.

Ali Alhamdani, Business Manager, MedicFirst 

Ali Alhamdani founded MedicFirst with Dr Firas in 2020. 

He led the clinic's expansion from a small team to a multidisciplinary Healthcare practice with more than 30 team members. MedicFirst Saltwater Coast is now a multidisciplinary practice with GPs, Dentists, Physios, Dietitian Services as well as psychology services.

Ali is the Business & Operations Manager, overseeing strategy, recruitment, financial performance and systems implementation.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, and is currently completing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at University of Melbourne Business School where has received multiple Dean's Commendations and is active in Case Competitions. He has been elected the 2026 President of the Student Representative Council at Melbourne Business School.

In his spare time, Ali enjoys participating in Triathlons and is active in the Wyndham Community, supporting local initiatives and partnerships.
