Confused about the upcoming PIP QI? Want to know more? NWMPHN invites general practice staff to come along to our information session and have all of your questions answered.
This session will focus on PIP QI and what you need to do to ensure your practice is on track. By looking at the model of improvement and discussing how PENCAT can be used to assist you in reaching PIP QI criteria, NWMPHN staff will support you in ensuring your practice is able to work on quality improvement in a meaningful and effective way.
Registrations from 11:45 am for a 12:00 pm start.
Learning outcomes:
By the the end of this 1-hour session you will be able to:
- Identify the crtieria to be eligible for PIP QI
- Utilise the model for improvement within practice for quality improvement
- Comprehend how the PENCAT tool can be used to drive QI in General Practice
- Understand how to the PHN can support you to implement and sustain QI activities to improve patient outcomes and business development
