Our Future Fit General Practice Program is a professional learning series as 12 x 1hr webinars designed to help practices unlock new revenue streams, maximise funding opportunities, and build long-term financial sustainability through reform. The program can be purchased as a full series or as individual parts.
Redesigning General Practice: Optimising Models of Care for Financial Sustainability (6 webinars) explores how ACCHOs can build stronger, more sustainable ways of caring for community. As funding priorities shift and program costs continue to rise, the series focuses on making the most of existing team strengths, designing new models of care, and creating partnerships that keep services strong, safe, and community-led. Participants will learn how to design, deliver, and grow culturally safe care models that meet reform goals while keeping services financially stable and mob healthy for the long term.
