Palliative care

Paediatric Palliative Care ECHO is an interprofessional community of practice.

Paediatric Palliative Care ECHO aims to build a national community of practice to enhance confidence and capability as well as create a supportive environment for health, education and community professionals caring for children and young people with life limiting conditions and their families.

The community of practice relies on case discussions to draw upon the collective knowledge of group members, to collaboratively unpack complexities and problem solve.

Paediatric Palliative Care ECHO is led by:

  • Alyson Gundry - Allied Health Clinical Lead, E-Paediatric Palliative Care Service, and Allied Health Clinical Educator with QuoCCA
  • Dr Freya Nicholas - Consultant Paediatrician, Paediatric Palliative Care Service
  • Michelle Noyes - NP Children’s Oncology, Haematology & Palliative Care, Gold Coast University Hospital
