Based on the train-the-trainer model, this session brings together key aged care training staff from various providers to:

  • Deepen understanding of evidence-based approaches to changed behaviour in people living with dementia.
  • Build knowledge of facilitating effective training sessions within their own organisations.
  • Build confidence in using the Changed Behaviour (CB) Toolkit as a resource for training and practice.
  • Be equipped to support ongoing learning and promote consistent, person-centred responses to changed behaviour across their teams.
